Our story started where all great modern love stories begin… good ole Facebook Dating. 😂 Somehow, against the odds, we both swiped right and were quickly smitten with each other.

Instead of easing into things like normal people, we decided to go full send and made a Zach Bryan concert our first date on November 23, 2024. Super casual for a first date... And honestly, the rest is history!

We fell fast, hard, and probably a little irresponsibly. Before long, we were blending our lives, schedules, kids, chaos, and everything in between.

And of course, falling in love with each other also meant becoming a family with Landen, Keegan, and Luke. Watching the five of us figure out life together has been one of the best parts of it all. There’s never a dull moment, there’s usually some kind of sports schedule involved, but somehow it all just works.

What started as a Facebook Dating match turned into our favorite kind of crazy: a blended family, a whole lot of laughs, and a life we can’t imagine without each other.

Now, surrounded by the people we love most, we get to start our next chapter together. And couldn’t be more excited to officially become Shan + Dan! 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻
